Analyzing metrics/analytics isn't something we charge for (surprise!). This is something we do automatically in order to craft better programs for our clients.

Our first step in helping companies assess their return on investment is to audit all of their existing processes and tools (i.e., ATS, job distribution, Web site tracking, etc.) to determine what data is being captured and (more importantly) what data isn’t.

From there, we work to implement end-to-end source tracking that not only reports on how many candidates are viewing and clicking on your ads, but capturing how many actual hires you make as a result.

Once the tracking is in place, our experts do a deep dive into the data to assess the strengths and weaknesses in your program. Where are candidates dropping off? What’s performing best for those tough-to-fill positions? Where are you getting inundated with unqualified candidates? We’ll slice and dice the metrics to get you the answers and perspective you need to effectively manage.

But it doesn’t end there. It’s all about establishing benchmarks and then testing new mediums, sources, and creative/messaging. Then re-testing. Evaluating metrics and analytics is an ongoing process – one we take great pride in doing right. (Did we mention we love Pivot Tables?)
